What is the difference between the 1-Ton TERROR X and the 2.7-Ton TERROR X2? The main differences are power, depth, and features. The 1-Ton models (TERROR X/XI/XV) are optimized for maximum agility and tight residential access (fitting through standard gates). The 2.7-Ton models (TERROR X2/XXV) offer higher horsepower (e.g., Kubota V1505 Diesel) and deeper digging capabilities (up to 9 feet), making them suitable for larger utility and commercial projects.
Do your diesel engines meet EPA standards? Yes. All featured Kubota Diesel engines (including the D902 and V1505) are EPA-Certified (Tier 4 Final). This ensures the machines meet strict US emissions and performance standards, making them legal and reliable for commercial use across the country.
Are hydraulic attachments included with the machine? The standard digging bucket is always included. Key productivity attachments, such as the Hydraulic Thumb Clip and Boom Swing function, are included standard on many TERROR models. Shipping & Logistics
Is shipping truly free for heavy equipment? Yes. We proudly offer 100% Free Heavy-Haul Delivery 🚚 on all Typhon Mini-Excavator models to commercially accessible addresses within the continental USA. This includes the cost of specialized heavy-haul transport.
How long will it take to receive my machine? Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard heavy-haul transit time is typically an additional 5-14 business days. Please allow a total of 8-19 business days from order acceptance.
What is the policy for inspecting my machine upon arrival? Inspection is mandatory. When the machine arrives, you MUST inspect it for damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any visible damage must be noted immediately on the BOL. Failure to do so will void your right to file a freight damage claim later, as the risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon signing.

What is your return policy for mini-excavators? We offer a professional 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns must be in unused, original condition and are subject to clear conditions and a standard restocking fee, due to the specialized nature of heavy equipment.
