At TyphonMachines, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your investment in genuine Typhon heavy equipment. Due to the high value and specialized nature of our machinery, all returns are processed under the following commercial policy.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You may initiate a return for your Typhon Mini-Excavator within 30 calendar days from the delivery acceptance date. Returns must adhere strictly to the conditions outlined below.


2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all equipment must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The machine must be unused (zero operational hours registered) and in the exact original, new condition it was received.

  • Original Packaging: The machine must be returned in the original packaging, including all protective material, ties, and banding.

  • Complete Package: All included components, accessories (e.g., standard bucket, hydraulic thumb clip), manuals, and the original toolbox must be returned.

  • Damage Exclusion: Equipment that has been used, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery is not eligible for return.


3. Return Procedure

Do not ship the equipment back to our facility without prior authorization.

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Support Team within the 30-day window via email at support@typhonmachines.shop or phone at +1 305-879-9936 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. RA Number: A valid RA number is mandatory. Returns received without a clearly marked RA number will be rejected.

  3. Return Freight: The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return freight back to our Hialeah, FL facility. We will provide detailed shipping instructions and the return address.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon safe arrival and mandatory inspection at our facility (to verify unused condition), we will process the refund minus applicable fees.


4. Fees and Costs

Due to the specialized nature of heavy-haul logistics and inspection, the following fees apply to all approved commercial returns:

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% standard restocking fee calculated based on the original purchase price of the equipment.

  • Original Freight Cost: While delivery to the customer was Free, if the customer opts to return the machine, the actual outbound freight cost incurred by TyphonMachines.shop will be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Freight Damage (Crucial Note)

Claims for damage sustained during original shipment are governed exclusively by Section 4 of our Terms & Conditions. If damage was not noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery acceptance, the machine is ineligible for return under this policy, and no refund will be issued.
