1. Our Commitment to Free Shipping (U.S. Residents Only)
TyphonMachines.shop is proud to offer 100% Free Heavy-Haul Delivery on all Typhon Mini-Excavator models purchased through our website.
Geographic Scope: This Free Shipping offer applies only to residents within the continental United States (USA). We are unable to extend this offer to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
What is Included: Free shipping covers standard freight costs and specialized heavy-haul transport required to deliver the equipment to a commercially accessible address.
Exclusions: Standard Free Shipping does not include services such as liftgate service, crane service, residential delivery surcharges, or guaranteed delivery appointments. These services may be arranged for an additional fee upon request.
2. Order Processing and Shipment Timelines
Order Processing: Once your payment is confirmed (or financing is approved), orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. This includes final pre-shipment inspection and preparation.
Transit Time: Standard transit time after the machine leaves our W 44th Pl, Hialeah, FL 33012 facility generally ranges from 5 to 14 business days.
Total Delivery Estimate: Please allow a total of 8 to 19 business days from the date of order acceptance for your equipment to arrive. Delivery estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
3. Delivery Confirmation and Inspection Protocol
Due to the size and value of the machinery, a precise delivery protocol is mandatory.
Delivery Scheduling: The designated heavy-haul freight carrier will contact the Buyer 24-48 hours prior to arrival to confirm the delivery window. The delivery requires a designated, authorized individual to be present.
Unloading Responsibility: The Buyer is solely responsible for arranging the necessary equipment (e.g., forklift, loading dock, or ramp) to safely unload the excavator from the carrier's truck. Carriers do not provide unloading services.
Mandatory Inspection: Risk of Loss transfers to the Buyer upon acceptance of the shipment. You MUST perform a thorough inspection of the machine and packaging before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
If Damage is Visible: You MUST clearly note the specifics of the damage on the BOL. Take photographs and refuse the delivery if the damage is severe.
If No Damage is Visible: Sign the BOL. By signing, you acknowledge receipt of the equipment in good condition.
Claim Denial Warning: Failure to note visible damage on the BOL will result in the denial of any freight damage claims by the carrier and TyphonMachines.shop.
